1. “Dire Wolf” (IPA ~ 7.9%)
Look: Light color, a bit cloudy
Smell: Grapefruity/citrus nose, softer than some IPAs, slight/light mango notes

Look: Dark, not transparent, slightly glossy/glassy
Smell: Dry, malty, coffee-ish, rich, a bit bitter
Taste: Raspberry tartness (fruit tartness) unexpected from the nose, dry chocolate note like coco powder - but have to search for it a bit on the finish. Kind of like a raspberry tootsie pop in flavor. Raspberry Tartness dominates - like a solid stout and a raspberry sour had a love child.
3. “Altered Course” (Amber IPA ~ 6.0%)

4. “Snowball Fight” (Belgian Triple ~ 9.0%)
Look: Glassy transparent light brownish
Smell: Light, some sweetness
Taste: Very different - sweet malty notes typical of a triple, but with a distinct tartness of a sour. Somewhat like sparking apple cider in terms of flavors and the carbonation. Not “sweetness” or “silky/velvet” that is typical of 9% beers. Funky and unique beer, surprisingly drinkable - might be really nice and refreshing on a hot summer day.
5. “Oatmeal Stout” (Stout ~ 6.0%)
Look: Dark, semi-glossy, semi-transparent

Hearty and warming, a definite winter beer, totaly different and really nice.
TRUE RESPITE BREWING CO.
1. “Coffee & Contemplation” (White Stout - 6% ABV):
Look: Light colored, and slightly cloudy/unclear, kind of like a hazy IPA.
Smell: Coffee and a little bitter on the nose.
Taste: Definitely a taste of coffee & dry traditional dry stout flavors (black coffee, malt, earthy, not sweet). If you were blindfolded and took a whiff and taste of this, you would think this is a dark sweet stout. Balanced flavors, super tasty, and very drinkable!
2. “Scrum & Hooker” (Nut Brown Ale - 5.5% ABV):
Look: nice color, rich brown, darker than expected.

1. “Do It For The Smiles” (Vanilla Porter - 6%ABV):
Look: Rich and dark with noticeably tan head.
Smell: Roasty/toasty and malty
Taste: Smooth, but with traditional dry, portery, bitterish and malty notes, smooth to medium mouth feel. Look: Dark, not transparent, looks rich and full.
Smell: dry, nutty, malty nose, some coffee richness.

4. “It Had To Be You” (Barrel Aged Imperial Brown Ale - 10%ABV):
Look: Smooth and glassy brown in color, slightly transparent.
Smell: Sweet, mapley nose - with a smell that reminds you of toast, like toast and syrup, with a little note of black coffee. Almost like the smell of waffles and coffee for breakfast.
Taste: Bourbony and maple sweetness upfront, malty nutty middle. Smooth mouth feel that is typical in a barrel aged beer. Drinkability is high - nuttiness dominates and lingers after the sweet bourbon maple opening. Packs a punch at 10% and we’re loving it.
